SLIDING DOOR BOUNCE PREVENTION DEVICE
To provide a sliding door bounce prevention device that can prevent a sliding door from bouncing without causing installation restrictions or a complex sliding door structure, and that has stable operation force and operability when the sliding door is opened and is superior in durability.SOLUTION: The sliding door bounce prevention device is composed of a roller assembly 10 that is attached to a sliding door panel directly or indirectly, and a roller reception tool that is fixed to a rail. The roller assembly 10 is composed of a roller support frame 11, a lock roller 12 that vertically moves together with a support shaft 16 (stepped pin in the figure), an elastic body 13, and a reaction reception member 14. The roller reception tool has sloping surfaces on both ends in the rail longitudinal direction. When the roller assembly 10 passes the set position for the roller reception tool, the lock roller 12 is pushed down on the sloping surface of the roller reception tool and rides on the roller reception tool. The lock roller 12 is locked by the roller reception tool and this prevents the lock roller 12 from moving backward.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】引戸の跳ね返りの防止を設置規制や引戸の構造の複雑化を招かずに行え、なおかつ、引戸を閉じるときと開くときの操作力・操作感が一定し、耐久性にも優れる引戸用の跳ね返り防止装置を提供する。【解決手段】引戸の扉に直接又は間接的に取り付けるローラアセンブリ10と、レールに固定されるローラ受け具とからなり、ローラアセンブリ10は、ローラ支持枠11と、支軸16(図のそれは段付きピン)と共に上下動する係止ローラ12と、弾性体13と、反力受け部材14とからなり、ローラ受け具は、レール長手方向の両端部に斜面を有し、ローラアセンブリ10がローラ受け具の設置点を通過するときに係止ローラ12がローラ受け具の斜面に押し下げられてローラ受け具を乗り越え、その係止ローラ12がローラ受け具に引き留められて当該係止ローラ12の逆行が阻止されるように跳ね返り防止装置を構成した。【選択図】図2
