To achieve a reduction in a construction period because it is easy to perform construction.SOLUTION: The dirt remover includes: a channel inner structure 20 that is composed of a bar screen 22 that catches dirt in a channel 10 and channel inner frames 21, 21 arranged in the channel 10 integrally; a channel outer structure 30 that is provided separately from the channel inner structure 20, and that is composed of a base part 31 that is disposed above the channel 10 and channel outer frames 32, 32 integrally; and a rake 55 that collects dirt that is caught by the bar screen 22. The channel inner structure 20 and channel outer structure 30 are connected via an engagement part 40 that engages the channel inner frames 21, 21 with the channel outer frames 32, 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
