To provide a snow buster bucket system which can melt snow with heat in a bucket to assist a region finance having a problem of snow damage for a long time, protect employment without damaging the employment of construction companies and dump truck drivers having engaged with snow removal through a safety lecture for handling the system, and eliminate casualties or injured caused by snow removal or snow plow, in order to solve the problem that the inventor has continuously aimed for more than 10 years of snow in a heavy snowfall area such as Hokuriku, Tohoku and Hokkaido by using laser, because there is a situation where surprisingly a fifty billion Japanese Yen, which is more than a half of an annual budget, for a cost of snow removal in a winter vanished in Fukui prefecture last year, and there is a situation where 10% of a wage of employees of a municipal office is cut, and every snow removal area has the same situation every year; with heat of a bucket mounted on a tip of a dump-truck when walking on a surface of 10 cm above snow, snow of a lower layer is melted too by hot water of melted snow, a steam receiving cover (skirt) enclosing the periphery of the bucket sucks steam, runs at 10 cm above snow while melting snow forward, and safety of an employee is protected by sucking steam.
【課題】北陸、東北、北海道などとにかく豪雪地帯の雪を何とかしたいと、十数年前からこれをレーザーで解決できないかと思い続けて来ました。昨年、福井県で除雪に掛かった費用が一冬で五十億と、何と年間予算の半分以上が水に消えたのである。市役所の職員の給料が１０％カットされている状況である。どの除雪地帯も毎年、毎年同じ思いである。そこでスノーバスターバケットシステムで、バケットの中の熱で雪を溶かす事が出来る事で、長年雪害で悩んで来た地方財政を助ける事が出来るのである。また、今まで除雪に携わってきた建設会社、ダンプの運転者の片方の雇用を奪うこと無く、取り扱う安全講習等を受けて従事してもらう事で雇用は守れるのである。除雪、雪掻きで死人や怪我人も無くなる。ユンボの先端にバケットを取り付けた熱で雪上１０ｃｍの表面を歩行する、溶けた雪の熱水で下層の雪も溶け、またバケットの回りを囲った蒸気取り入れカバー（スカート）が蒸気を吸い込み、前方の雪を溶かしながら雪上１０ｃｍの所を走行する、蒸気を吸い取る事で従業員の安全が計られるのである。
