To solve the problem in which conventionally a plasterer trowel used for mixing a plaster and mortar etc and for placing on a putty plate etc has been integrally formed by joining each part using a welding and a trowel plate has been deformed by an influence of heat applied in welding and a strain or a crack has occurred, and to finish as a finished article, a polishing work of a welding site and a correction work of the strain by a skilled worker has been essential and it has been non effective, has a low productivity and has lead to an increase of cost as it has needed time.SOLUTION: A grip handle support part is formed integrally with a trowel neck and its reinforcement part by a forging or casting and further the grip handle support part and a trowel plate has a shape joined integrally by caulking as a basic structure. By this configuration the grip handle support part integrally formed without using welding can be joined further with the trowel plate without using a welding, a plasterer trowel having an unprecedented effective productivity and a high durability can be provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】 従来、壁土およびモルタル等をかき混ぜ、パテ板等に載置する時に使用する左官鏝は、溶接を用いて各部位を接合し一体と成していたが、溶接時に加わる熱の影響によって鏝板が変形し、歪や割れが発生していた。また、完成品として仕上げるためには、熟練工による溶接箇所の研磨作業および歪の修正作業が不可欠であるが、時間を要するため、非効率的で、生産性が低く、コスト増大に繋がっていた。【解決手段】 把持柄支持部は鍛造や鋳造によって鏝首とその補強部を一体成型とし、さらに把持柄支持部と鏝板はカシメによって接合され一体となった形状を基本構造としている。この構成により、溶接を用いず一体成型した把持柄支持部を、さらに溶接を用いることなく鏝板と接合することができ、これまでにない効率的な生産性と高い耐久性を持った左官鏝を提供することが可能となる。【選択図】図7
