PILE HEAD TREATMENT METHOD
To provide a pile head treatment method capable of providing a crushing effect same as in the case of radial arrangement of total shot holes around a pile center, even when a concrete pile to be subjected to the head treatment is positioned at the periphery part or the corner part of a construction zone.SOLUTION: This pile head treatment method, for horizontally breaking a pile head extra-fill part 21 using kinetic crushing agents in charge material 40 charged in respective shot holes drilled horizontally at a pile head 20 of a cast-in-place concrete pile 10, comprises: in a case where the concrete pile is positioned near boundaries B1, B2 of a construction zone, forming multiple first shot holes 31-33, 36 constituting partially a radial arrangement around the pile center; and. in a case where a distance W from a starting point b on an extension line (a) of residual shot holes in the radial arrangement to the boundary B1 is less than a workable distance, setting drilling directions of the shot holes and respective starting points so as to increase the distance and to separate with regard to the other shot holes, and then drilling to form multiple second shot holes 34, 35, 37 and 38.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】杭頭処理対象のコンクリート杭が施工区域の外周部または隅角部に位置する場合でも、全装薬孔を杭中心の放射状配置にする場合と同様の破砕効果を得ることのできる杭頭処理工法を提供する。【解決手段】この杭頭処理工法は、場所打ちコンクリート杭10の杭頭部20で水平方向に複数の装薬孔を削孔し、各装薬孔に装填された装薬材40内の動的破砕剤により杭頭余盛部21を水平破断する際に、コンクリート杭が施工区域の境界線B1,B2に近接する場合、杭中心の放射状配置の一部をなす複数の第1の装薬孔31〜33、36を形成し、放射状配置の残りの装薬孔の延長線a上における起点bから境界線B1までの距離Wが施工可能距離以下であるときには装薬孔の削孔方向および起点を前記距離が増大しかつ他の装薬孔に対し離間するように設定し削孔を行い複数の第2の装薬孔34,35,37,38を形成する。【選択図】図1
