BEAM-COLUMN JOINT CORE
To provide a highly rigid and highly strong beam-column joint core as a beam-column joint core used for a beam-column joint of a steel structure skeleton in which a circular steel tube or a square steel tube constitutes a column and an H-beam constitutes a beam.SOLUTION: This beam-column joint core is configured such that a plate thickness of a steel tube column (core steel tube column) of the beam-column joint core is larger than that of a steel tube column joined to upper and lower ends of the core steel tube column, and height positions of the upper and lower ends of the core steel tube column are as follows. The height position of the upper end of the core steel tube column is a height position where a distance from a height position of an excess-weld end of a highest beam flange to the height position of the upper end of the core steel tube column is equal to or longer than a plate-thickness inter-core distance of the core steel tube column, and the height position of the lower end of the core steel tube column is a height position where a distance from a height position of an excess-weld end of a lowest beam flange to the height position of the lower end of the core steel tube column is equal to or longer than the plate-thickness inter-core distance of the core steel tube column.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
