PORTABLE BLOWER
To prevent a jet pipe connected with a pipe base for connection with an outlet of a fan case, from falling off that otherwise may become likely to occur when a weight of the fan case is reduced.SOLUTION: In a portable blower, a pipe base of a jet pipe is connected to an outlet of a fan case in a portable body. The fan case is made of a low specific gravity fiber reinforced resin. The pipe base has a bent shape and is slidably connected to a pipe connection part at the outlet. A sliding contact receiving member formed of an abrasion resistant material is attached to the pipe connection part at a sliding contact part of the pipe base.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
