To provide a solenoid valve and a working machine that can improve a degree of arrangement capability of flow passages and ports.SOLUTION: A solenoid valve 10 comprises a driving part 11, a hydraulic part 12, and a fitting part 13. The driving part 11 is arranged on one side with respect to the fitting part 13, and comprises a plunger 22. The hydraulic part 12 comprises flow passages Cm and C1-C9 connected to ports P1, P2, and P3, and sizes of the flow passages Cm and C1-C9 can be changed depending on an amount of movement of the plunger 22.
