CARTRIDGE FOR SINGLE LEVER, AND SINGLE LEVER-TYPE HOT WATER/COLD WATER MIXING PLUG
To provide a cartridge for a single lever and a single lever-type hot/cold water mixing plug, capable of easily increasing click sound/click feeling generated in accompany with a lateral swing operation of the single lever.SOLUTION: A cartridge for a single lever includes: a plug bar fixed to the single lever; a plug bar guide 2 supporting the plug bar rotatably about a lateral axis vertical to a longitudinal direction of the plug bar; a cover 3 for housing the plug bar guide rotatably about a longitudinal axis vertical to the lateral axis; and a click member 4 disposed in a recessed groove 5 formed on an outer surface of the cover. A through hole 6 penetrated through the inside and outside of an outer wall of the cover is formed in the recessed groove, the click member has a projecting portion 7 reaching the inside of the outer wall through the through hole, and an engagement/disengagement portion 13 for engaging and disengaging the projecting portion in accompany with the rotation about the lateral axis of the plug bar guide is disposed on an outer peripheral surface of the plug bar guide, so that the click sound/click feeling are generated in engagement/disengagement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】シングルレバーの横振り操作に伴って発生するクリック音・クリック感を大きくすることが容易なシングルレバー用カートリッジ及びシングルレバー式湯水混合栓を提供すること。【解決手段】シングルレバーに固定される栓棒と、該栓棒を該栓棒の長手方向に垂直な横軸回りに回動可能に支持する栓棒ガイド２と、該栓棒ガイドを前記横軸に垂直な縦軸回りに回動可能に収容するカバー３と、前記カバーの外面に設けられた凹溝５に装着されるクリック部材４とを具備し、前記凹溝内には前記カバーの外壁を内外に貫く貫通孔６が形成され、前記クリック部材には前記貫通孔を経て前記外壁の内側に至る突出部７が設けられ、前記栓棒ガイドの外周面には、前記栓棒ガイドの前記横軸回りの回動に伴い前記突出部が係脱する係脱部１３が設けられ、該係脱の際にクリック音・クリック感が発生するように構成されている。【選択図】図１
