To provide a water intake structure capable of extracting groundwater from each of plural aquifers of different depth of underground formation by using a single borehole.SOLUTION: The water intake structure 1 according to the present invention is provided with one or more pipe members 10, each of which has a perforated section perforated a plurality of water intake aperture, and a node like plug member 30 having a vertical through hole into which said pipe member 10 is inserted, and in said water intake structure 1 as said node like plug member 30, one having one said vertical through hole and one having a plurality of said vertical through holes are provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
