ELECTRIC/MANUAL SWITCHING DEVICE FOR SHUTTER DEVICE, AND METHOD OF CONSTRUCTING THE SWITCHING DEVICE
To provide an electric/manual switching device for a shutter device capable of properly switching on/off a clutch by a tensile force acting on a string-like member when a switching operation unit is switched, and a method for constructing the switching device.SOLUTION: A clutch is interposed between a take-up shaft and an electric motor for rotating the take-up shaft, the clutch transmitting a driving force of the electric motor to the take-up shaft by being turned on and disconnecting the take-up shaft from the electric motor by being turned off, and the clutch is switched on and off by applying a tensile force to a string-like member such as a wire 76 extending to a switching operation unit. An abutment member 102 is arranged on the string-like member for setting the length of the string-like member which makes it possible to switch the clutch on and off appropriately by abutting against a member to be contacted by an end member 93 of an outer cable 90 or the like. At least one of the abutment member 102 and the member to be contacted is movable in the longitudinal direction of the string-like member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 19
【課題】切替操作器を切り替え操作したときに、紐状部材に作用する引っ張り力で適正にクラッチのオン、オフの切り替えを行えるシャッター装置の電動と手動の切替装置及びその切替装置の施工方法を提供すること。【解決手段】巻取軸と、巻取軸を回転させる電動モータとの間に、オンとなることで電動モータの駆動力を巻取軸に伝達し、オフとなることで巻取軸と電動モータとの間を遮断するクラッチが介設され、切替操作器まで延びるワイヤー76等の紐状部材に引っ張り力が作用することでクラッチのオン、オフの切り替えがなされる。紐状部材に、アウターケーブル90の端部部材93等による被当接部材に当接することでクラッチのオン、オフの適正な切り替えが可能となる紐状部材についての長さ寸法が設定される当接部材102が配置され、当接部材102と被当接部材のうち、少なくとも一方が紐状部材の長さ方向に移動可能となっている。【選択図】図19
