TRANSLUCENT PANEL FRAME STRUCTURE AND TRANSLUCENT PANEL ATTACHING/DETACHING METHOD
To provide a translucent panel frame structure which can reduce costs by using common parts, and reduce the risk of each panel member falling off even if a joint member such as a rivet or a bolt is damaged due to an accident or the like.SOLUTION: In a translucent panel frame structure, a translucent panel 1, including a translucent plate G1 having translucency and a frame 2 into which the translucent plate G1 is fitted, is attached to a support H1 uprightly erected along a road or a rail track. The frame 2 includes a pair of left and right vertical frames 5, and a pair of top and bottom horizontal frames 3. The vertical frames 5 have an inner frame 50 fixed inside an inner flange H1a of the support H1, and an outer frame 51 attached outside the inner frame 50. The inner frame 50 has a fitting piece 50b projecting toward the outside. The outer frame 51 has a fitting groove 51d that fits with the fitting piece 50b. The inner frame 50 and the outer frame 51 are screwed and fixed to the horizontal frames 3 with the fitting pieces 50b fitted in the fitting grooves 51d.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】部品を共通化してコストダウンを達成することができるとともに、事故等でリベットやボルトなどの接合部材が破損した場合でもパネルの各部材が落下するおそれの少ない透光パネルの枠構造を提供する。【解決手段】透光性を有する透光板G1と、この透光板G1を嵌め込む枠体2と、を備えた透光パネル1を、道路又は鉄道に沿って立設された支柱H1に取り付ける透光パネルの枠構造において、枠体2は、左右一対の縦枠5と、上下一対の横枠3と、を備え、縦枠5は、支柱H1の内フランジH1aの内側に固定される内側枠50と、この内側枠50よりも外側に取り付けられる外側枠51と、を有し、内側枠50は、外側へ向け突設された嵌合片50bを有し、外側枠51は、嵌合片50bと嵌合する嵌合溝51dを有し、内側枠50と外側枠51は、嵌合溝51dに嵌合片50bが嵌合された状態で横枠3にそれぞれねじ止め固定されている。【選択図】図7
