To provide a horizontal blind that enables insertion of a lifting/lowering cord between middle stage cords to be easily carried out.SOLUTION: A horizontal blind 100 comprises a ladder cord 120 for supporting a slat 130 and a lifting/lowering cord 140 for lifting/lowering the slat 130, and the ladder cord 120 includes front and back vertical cords 122 and 124 having a width wider than the lifting/lowering cord 140, suspended in a front and a back of the slat 130, and at least 2 middle stage cords 126 and 128 for connecting the front and back vertical cords 122 and 124. Both end parts of at least the 2 middle stage cords 126 and 128 are characterized by being connected to the vertical cords 122 and 124 in a separated state in a horizontal direction so as to allow the lifting/lowering cord 140 to be inserted between at least the 2 middle stage cords 126 and 128. By such a constitution, the horizontal blind that enables insertion of the lifting/lowering cord between the middle stage cords to be easily carried out is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
