METHOD OF REPAIRING DRAINAGE SYSTEM AND DRAINAGE SYSTEM
To renovate in a short period of time and at a low cost without having to do chipping work or the like and can improve drainage performance.SOLUTION: A drainage system 1 is provided with a ventilation riser pipe line 4 and a newly constructed drain riser pipe line 3 which penetrate through floor slabs 2 of a building. The repairing method comprises the steps of: removing an existing drain riser pipe line; fitting the lower connecting pipe of an assembly joint 10 to penetration openings 2a of the floor slabs 2 where the existing drain riser pipe line has been removed and connecting a new drain riser 11 to the assembly joint 10 and installing the new drain riser pipe line 3; connecting a drainage horizontal branch pipe 13 to the upper connecting pipe of the assembly joint 10; and connecting the ventilation riser pipe line 4 to the newly constructed drain riser 11 or the assembly joint 10 with a vent transverse branch pipe 18. The assembly joint 10 has an upper connecting pipe with a built-in enlarged hollow section with a rotating vane and a lower connecting pipe with a reduced diameter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】斫り工事等の煩雑な工事をすることなく短期間且つ低コストで改修できて、排水性能を向上できるようにした。【解決手段】排水システム1は、建物の床スラブ2を貫通した通気立て管路4と新設の排水立て管路3を備える。その改修方法は、既存の排水立て管路を撤去する工程と、既存の排水立て管路を撤去した床スラブ2の貫通口2aに集合継手10の下部接続管を装着すると共に集合継手10に新設の排水立て管11を接続して新設の排水立て管路3を設置する工程と、集合継手10の上部接続管に排水横枝管13を接続する工程と、通気立て管路4と新設の排水立て管11または集合継手10とを通気横枝管18で接続する工程と、を備えた。集合継手10は旋回羽根を内蔵した拡径した中空部を有する上部接続管と縮径した下部接続管を有する。【選択図】図1
