To provide a lifted and lowered window device for which maintenance such as replacement of materials and repairs can easily performed.SOLUTION: The lifted and lowered window device includes: a window frame that is composed of a window frame body and a lid material that is detachably attached to the front of the window frame body; a lifted and lowered window that is placed inside the window frame so that it can be lifted and lowered; and a counterweight that is placed in the window frame body and connected to the lifted and lowered window via a connection body, and that biases the lifted and lowered window to the rising direction.
