MORTAR ADHESION AUXILIARY TOOL USED AS CONNECTOR AS WELL
To provide a mortar adhesion auxiliary tool used as a connector as well which does not generate a defect such as a crack on a mortar or an outer wall tile on the mortar applied to the outer wall surface of a concrete structure.SOLUTION: The mortar adhesion auxiliary tool includes: a circular body 1; a bolt catcher 2 which can be inserted into the circular body 1, has a screw part inside, and is threaded into a spacer bolt set within a concrete mold form; a circular lid body 3 which can engage with the circular body 1; and a mold form tightening bolt 4. A plurality of loop parts 5 which engage with the mortar are arranged in a parallel shape or a radial shape on an end surface of a skeleton concrete surface side of the circular lid body 3, and a projection is provided at an inside surface side of the circular lid body 3. The bolt catcher 2 is inserted into the circular body 1, and the circular body 1 and the circular lid body 3 are engaged. When the spacer bolt is threaded into the bolt catcher 2, a small gap exists between the projection and the end surface of the bolt catcher 2, or the projection and the end surface of the bolt catcher 2 abut together.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】コンクリート構造物の外壁面に塗付されるモルタル又はモルタル上の外壁タイルに亀裂等の欠陥が発生することがないコネクター兼用モルタル接着補助具を提供する。【解決手段】円形の本体１と、円形の本体１に挿通可能で内側に螺子部を有し且つコンクリート型枠内にセットされるスペーサボルトと螺合するボルトキャッチャー２と、円形の本体１と嵌合可能な円形の蓋体３と、型枠締め付けボルト４とを備え、円形の蓋体３の躯体コンクリート表面側の端面にモルタルと係合する多数のループ部５を並列状または放射状に配置し、円形の蓋体３の内面側に突起を設け、円形の本体１にボルトキャッチャー２を挿通して円形の本体１と円形の蓋体３とを嵌合し、上記スペーサボルトがボルトキャッチャー２と螺合したとき、上記突起とボルトキャッチャー２の端面のあいだに僅かな隙間があるか又は上記突起とボルトキャッチャー２の端面が当接する。【選択図】図１
