JOINT MEMBER FOR INSPECTION AND LEAKAGE INSPECTION METHOD FOR PIPING USING THE SAME
To make it possible to easily block piping by a closing member regarding a joint member for inspection for performing leakage inspection of piping by utilizing the closing member.SOLUTION: A joint member for inspection is arranged in an intermediate section of piping, forms a flow path of piping, closes the flow path by replacing a member, and tests sealing property of piping. The joint member is configured to comprise: a joint body composed of a pipe body forming the flow path of a fluid; a storage section that is provided inside the pipe body and communicates with upstream and downstream piping, and an opening communicating with the storage section provided on a side surface of the pipe body; and a closing member that can be disposed in the storage section and composed of a closing section for closing the flow path of piping and a closing lid section to be attached to the opening; and a closing mechanism to be a state in which the closing section closes the flow path of the pipe body by attaching the closing lid section to the opening with the closing section being disposed in the storage section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】閉塞部材を利用して配管の漏れ検査を行う検査用継手部材について、閉塞部材による配管の閉塞を、容易に行うことができるようにする。【解決手段】 検査用継手部材を、配管の途中に配置され、配管の流路を形成すると共に、部材を交換することで流路を閉塞し、配管の密閉性を試験する検査用継手部材であって、流体の流路を形成する管本体、管本体内部に備えられ上流側及び下流側の配管と連通する収納部、管本体の側面に設けられた収納部と連通する開口部、からなる継手本体と、収納部内に配置可能で、配管の流路を閉塞する閉塞部、開口部に取り付ける閉塞用蓋部、からなる閉塞部材と、閉塞部を収納部内に配置した状態で閉塞用蓋部を開口部に取り付けることにより、閉塞部が管本体の流路を閉塞した状態となる閉塞機構を備えて構成する。【選択図】図1
