To provide a design proposal tool capable of easily performing design work for a planar layout of an apartment house in which dwelling units are arranged in a stagger-type.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a design proposal tool 1 which performs a planar layout of an apartment house 100 using a plurality of units. The plurality of units includes: a plurality of reference units 21, 22, each having a square shape whose one side is a reference length; and a plurality of large-sized units 24 in which two reference units are connected to each other. In the plane layout, the reference unit and the large-sized unit are combined to form a stagger-type apartment house so that an outer wall 11 of the apartment house consisting of the outer peripheries of the reference unit and the large-sizes unit is not formed by three or more consecutive sides using the reference length as a block.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】雁行型に住戸が配置された集合住宅の平面レイアウトについて容易に設計業務を行うことが可能な設計提案ツールを提供する。【解決手段】設計提案ツール１は、集合住宅１００の平面レイアウトを複数のユニットを用いて行う設計提案ツールであって、複数のユニットは、一辺が基準長の正方形である基準ユニット２１、２２と、基準ユニットが二個連結した大きさの大ユニット２４と、を複数備える。平面レイアウトにおいて、基準ユニット及び大ユニットの外周部により構成される集合住宅の外壁１１が、基準長を単位として三個以上連続して面一とならないように、基準ユニットと大ユニットとが組み合わされて雁行型の集合住宅が構成される。【選択図】図１
