To provide a degreasing method of ceramic molding, capable of suppressing deformation (warpage, etc.) in a removal step.SOLUTION: The degreasing method of a ceramic molding includes: an arrangement process for arranging a ceramic molding on a stage and a removal step of removing a part of a component involved in the ceramic molding by applying heat treatment to the ceramic molding arranged on the stage at a degreasing temperature which is lower than a firing temperature of the ceramic molding. In the removal step, the ceramic molding is bonded to the stage via an adhesive layer having adhesiveness at least at the degreasing temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
