To provide a heat insulation structure capable of achieving comfortable heating effect through preventing cold air from entering an interior in a movable residence and a heating unit provided therewith.SOLUTION: A heat insulation structure for a movable residence configured to form a foundation with a framework includes: an aluminum vapor-deposited heat insulation sheet 70 arranged to cover an upper part 10c and a side part 10a of the framework of a movable residence 10; and base fabric 80 arranged to cover the heat insulation sheet 70 arranged over the framework, wherein the heat insulation sheet 70 is arranged in a way to direct a vapor-deposited surface toward an interior side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
