To assemble a self-supporting and strong outside form or the outside form and an inside form easily.SOLUTION: A permanent form 13 for forming a concrete structure composed of a side wall 11, comprises: an inside form 14 forming an inner surface of the side wall; an outside form 16 forming an outer surface of the side wall; a plurality of vertical reinforcing bars 17 arranged between the inside form and the outside form and holding the outside form or the outside form and the inside form. The outside form and the inside form comprise: a plurality of substrates 18 formed of plastic in a square plate shape and arranged in close contact with each other vertically and horizontally; a plurality of central reinforcing plates 19 formed of plastic in a square plate shape of approximately the same size as the substrate and formed by joining four adjacent substrates and arranged in close contact with each other vertically and horizontally; and a plurality of end reinforcing plates 21 arranged on outer peripheral edges of a plurality of central reinforcing plates formed of plastic in a rectangular plate shape and arranged in close contact with each other vertically and horizontally and joining adjacent substrates and arranged in a rectangular frame shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】自立性を有しかつ強固な外側型枠又は外側型枠及び内側型枠を容易に組立てる。【解決手段】側壁１１からなるコンクリート構造物を形成するための残存型枠１３は、側壁の内面を形成する内側型枠１４と、側壁の外面を形成する外側型枠１６と、内側型枠と外側型枠との間に配設されかつ外側型枠又は外側型枠及び内側型枠を保持する複数の縦鉄筋１７とを備える。外側型枠及び内側型枠は、プラスチックにより正方形板状に形成されかつ縦横に密着して並べられた複数の基板１８と、基板と略同大の正方形板状にプラスチックにより形成され隣り合う４枚の基板を結合しかつ縦横に密着して並べられた複数の中央部補強板１９と、プラスチックにより長方形板状に形成され縦横に密着して並べられた複数の中央部補強板の外周縁に位置しかつ隣り合う基板を結合して四角枠状に並べられた複数の端部補強板２１とを有する。【選択図】図１
