STEEL INTERIOR-EXTERIOR BASE MATERIAL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
To provide a steel interior-exterior base material having less components, allowing reduction of its manufacturing cost, and allowing easy attachment of a steel base member to another member, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: The steel interior-exterior base material 100 includes: a steel base member 2; and a joint member 3 that is fixed to a steel base member 2, and joins the steel base member 2 to a mounted-side steel pipe 1 which is another member. The joint member 3 has a first clamping part 35 and a second clamping part 36 for clamping the steel base member 2 therebetween, and a stationary part 30 that is fixed to the mounting side steel pipe 1. The first clamping part 35 and the second clamping part 36 are formed integrally with stationary part 30. With this, the steel base member 2 is fixed to the mounted-side steel pipe 1 being another member via the one joint member 3. The first clamping part 35 and the second clamping part 36 of the joint member 3 and the stationary part 30 are formed by pressing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】部品点数が少なく、製造コストを抑えることができ、鋼製下地部材を他の部材に対して容易に取り付けることができる鋼製内外装下地材及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】鋼製内外装下地材100は、鋼製下地部材2と、鋼製下地部材2に固定されるとともに、鋼製下地部材2を他の部材である取付側鋼管1に接合させる接合部材3とを備え、接合部材3は、鋼製下地部材2を間に挟持する第一挟持部35及び第二挟持部36と、取付側鋼管1に固定される固定部30とを有し、第一挟持部35及び第二挟持部36と固定部30とは一体的に形成される。これにより、鋼製下地部材2は他の部材である取付側鋼管1に対して、1つの接合部材3を介して固定される。また、接合部材3の第一挟持部35、第二挟持部36及び固定部30はプレス加工により形成される。【選択図】図1
