PLUMBING ERROR MEASUREMENT MANAGING APPARATUS
To provide a method capable of measuring a plumbing error of a plurality of assembled steel columns without using a measuring apparatus which collimates a measurement object point on each steel member to perform measurement, and capable of monitoring whether the plumbing error is generated in the previously assembled steel columns in the process of assembling the steel columns and extending beams.SOLUTION: There is provided a plumbing error measurement managing apparatus that monitors a plumbing error of each of a plurality of upper steel columns 50A and the like based on: a plurality of cameras 13 and the like each installed on a top of each of a plurality of upper steel columns 50A and the like forming a skeleton of a same node, and installed on a top of each of a plurality of lower steel columns 50B and the like joining the plurality of upper steel columns 50A and the like to photograph a plurality of top plates 54 and the like on which an instruction figure indicating a center position is displayed; a plurality of plummet instruments each directing each of optical axes of the plurality of cameras 13 and the like vertically downward; and images of the plurality of top plates 54 and the like photographed by each of the plurality of cameras 13 and the like.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】各鉄骨部材上の計測対象点を視準して計測する計測装置を用いることなく、組み付けられた複数の鉄骨柱の建て入れ誤差を測定することができ、鉄骨柱を組み付けて梁を掛け渡していく過程において、先に組み付けた鉄骨柱に建て入れ誤差が生じているかを監視できる方法を提供する。【解決手段】同一の節の骨格を形成する複数の上側鉄骨柱50A等の上部に取り付けられ、複数の上側鉄骨柱50A等を接合する複数の下側鉄骨柱50B等の各々の上部に取り付けられてその中心位置を示す指示図形が標示された複数のトッププレート54等を撮影する複数のカメラ13等と、複数のカメラ13等の前記光軸の各々を鉛直下方に向ける複数の鉛直器と、複数のカメラ13等の各々が撮影した複数のトッププレート54等の画像から、複数の上側鉄骨柱50A等の各々の建て入れ誤差を監視する。【選択図】図2
