HINGE WITH DAMPER
To provide a hinge with a damper that can be thinned, in the hinge with a damper that is equipped with a fluid damper.SOLUTION: A hinge 1 with a damper includes: a first hinge member 5 and a second hinge member 6 rotatably coupled; a rotation center shaft 7 that is a rotation center of the second hinge member 6 with respect to the first hinge member 5; a rocking shaft 10 which is disposed in parallel with the rotation center shaft 7, and rotates together with the second hinge member 6 with respect to the first hinge member 5; a compression coil spring 12 for energizing the rocking shaft 10 to one side in a rotating direction of the second hinge member 6 with respect to the first hinge member 5; and a fluid damper 13 for easing the rotating action of the second hinge member 6 with respect to the first hinge member 5. The second hinge member 6 is coupled with the first hinge member 5 at an end side in a Z1 direction of the first hinge member 5, the compression coil spring 12 is disposed on a Z2 direction side with respect to the rotation center shaft 7, and the fluid damper 13 is disposed in the Z2 direction side with respect to the compression spring 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】流体ダンパを備えるダンパ付きヒンジにおいて、薄型化することが可能なダンパ付きヒンジを提供する。【解決手段】ダンパ付きヒンジ1は、回動可能に連結される第1ヒンジ部材5および第2ヒンジ部材6と、第1ヒンジ部材5に対する第2ヒンジ部材6の回動中心となる回動中心軸7と、回動中心軸7と平行に配置されるとともに第1ヒンジ部材5に対して第2ヒンジ部材6と一緒に回動する揺動軸10と、第1ヒンジ部材5に対する第2ヒンジ部材6の回動方向の一方側へ揺動軸10を付勢するための圧縮コイルバネ12と、第1ヒンジ部材5に対する第2ヒンジ部材6の回動動作を緩和するための流体ダンパ13とを備えている。第2ヒンジ部材6は、第1ヒンジ部材5のZ1方向端側で第1ヒンジ部材5に連結され、圧縮コイルバネ12は、回動中心軸7よりもZ2方向側に配置され、流体ダンパ13は、圧縮コイルバネ12よりもZ2方向側に配置されている。【選択図】図1
