SEISMIC ISOLATION BASE STRUCTURE FOR BUILDING
To provide a seismic isolation base structure for a building contributing to suppress not only vertical vibration but lateral vibration of earthquake components while preventing vibration of the ground S from being transmitted to the building body.SOLUTION: Moving a piston part 61 upward by expanding an air bag 63 moves a movable frame assembly 56 upward from a base surface 52 upon an earthquake. Thereby, lifting a building body with the movable assembly 56 in a status to separate them from the ground S fulfills a seismic isolation function. Further, a receiving body 77 and a vertical support column 83 are maintained in a stationary state by cancelling lateral vibration transmitted from a lateral receiving part 61b to a cushion base part 73 in a predetermined dimension area through rotation of a ball 81 as the lateral receiving part 61b, a granular material 74a, the cushion base part 73, and the ball 81 configured to form each layer are arranged in vertical multi layers of a multi layered movable body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】地盤Sの揺れが建物本体に伝播するのを防いで、地震成分うち、縦揺れは勿論、横揺れも併せて防止することに大きく寄与する建造物の免震基礎構造を提供する。【解決手段】地震の発生時に、エアバッグ63を膨張させてピストン部61を上方に移動させて可動枠組体56を基礎面52から上方に移動させる。これにより、可動枠組体56と一緒に建物本体が押し上げられ、地盤Sから離した状態で免震機能を発揮させる。また、水平受部61b、粒状体74a、緩衝台部73およびボール81を各層体とする多層転動体の縦型の重層配置とし、水平受部61bから緩衝台部73に伝達する水平震動は、所定の寸法設定域内では、ボール81の転動によりキャンセルされて収容体77および縦型支柱83は静止状態に保たれる。【選択図】図7
