To design a handrail, a pillar, and the like of a stair handrail frame configured by coupling a girder side frame and a gable side frame pivotable by a pivoting coupling mechanism with an aluminum tubing material relatively thin and with a diameter less than 40 mm.SOLUTION: A stair handrail frame (10) has a girder side frame (20), a gable side frame (30), a pivoting coupling mechanism (11) and a locking mechanism (70). The gable side frame is positioned in an immediate above area of a cross arm (5) in use. The girder side frame has a first pillar (40) disposed near the exit of a temporary stair (1), a handrail (21) extending horizontally from an upper end of the first pillar or its vicinity to the pivoting coupling mechanism, and a second pillar (50) having the upper end coupled integrally to an intermediate part of the handrail. The handrail, the first pillar and the second pillar comprise an aluminum tubing material of a circular cross section having an outer diameter less than 40 mm and equal to or greater than 30 mm. The first pillar and the second pillar are erected on a fabric material (60) with a gap (L3) equal to or less than 900 mm so as to distribute reaction force opposite to a horizontal load (P) acting on the handrail between the pillars.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】桁側枠及び妻側枠を枢動連結機構によって枢動可能に連結してなる階段手摺枠の手摺及び支柱等を比較的薄肉且つ直径40mm未満のアルミ製管材によって設計可能にする。【解決手段】階段手摺枠(10)は、桁側枠(20)、妻側枠(30)、枢動連結機構(11)及び係止機構(70)を有し、妻側枠は、使用時に腕木(5)の直上領域に配置される。桁側枠は、仮設階段(1)の降り口近傍に配置された第1支柱(40)と、第1支柱の上端部又はその近傍から枢動連結機構まで水平に延びる手摺(21)と、上端部を手摺の中間部に一体的に連結された第2支柱(50)とを有する。手摺、第1支柱及び第2支柱は、40mm未満且つ30mm以上の外径を有する円形断面のアルミ製管材からなる。第1及び第2支柱は、支柱間で手摺に作用する水平荷重(P)に抗する反力を分担すべく、900mm以下の間隔(L3)を隔てて布地材(60)に立設される。【選択図】図2
