MOUNTING STRUCTURE OF CEILING JOIST, AND CEILING JOIST MOUNTING METAL FITTING
To reduce the weight of a ceiling substrate, by directly assembling a ceiling joist fitted member 51 and a ceiling joist support receiving member 52 to a hanging bolt 2, so that a ceiling joist bent piece 41 can be held between both members to fix a ceiling joist 4, thereby, eliminating a conventional ceiling joist receiving component; to enhance the assembling rigidity strength and the earthquake resistance strength by fixing both side surfaces of a ceiling joist 42 to a side surface fitted piece 512 via screws to surely reinforce three outer peripheral surfaces; and to reduce a vibration load by effective use of a short hanging bolt 2 with a superior earthquake resistance property, even in a ceiling backing having a narrow ceiling space.SOLUTION: A hanging bolts 2 is inserted into bolt insertion holes 51a and 52a bored so as to communicate with a ceiling joist fitted member 51 and a ceiling joist support receiving member 52, and ceiling joist bent pieces 41 are brought into upward pressure contact with an upper surface fitted piece 511, and fixedly interposed between the upper surface fitted piece and both upper side end parts of the ceiling joist support receiving member 52; the ceiling joist 4 is directly attached to the hanging bolt 2, with the ceiling joist side surfaces 42 fixed to a side surface fitted piece 512 via screws.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】野縁被嵌部材51と野縁支持受け部材52とを吊りボルト2に直接組付けし、野縁折曲片41を両部材間で挟持して野縁4を固定できるようにし、野縁受けを廃することで天井下地の軽量化を図り、両野縁側面42を、側面被嵌片512にビス固定させて、外周3面を確りと補強して組付け剛性強度と耐震強度を高め、天井スペースの狭い天井下地であっても、耐震に対する短尺な吊りボルト2の優位性を生かしてその振動負荷の軽減を図る。【解決手段】野縁被嵌部材51と野縁支持受け部材52とを、それぞれに連通して穿設したボルト挿通孔51aと52aに吊りボルト2を挿通させて、野縁折曲片41を、上面被嵌片511に上動圧接させて、野縁支持受け部材52の上側両端部との間で挟持固定し、野縁側面42を側面被嵌片512にビス固定することで、野縁4を吊りボルト2に直接取付けする。【選択図】 図1
