To align edges easily when stacking soundproof panels.SOLUTION: When an upper soundproof panel Pu is lowered, for example, a curved surface 5b of a left panel holding frame 5 of the soundproof panel Pu comes into contact with a curved surface 9a of a left overhang frame 9 of a lower soundproof panel Pd. Both of contact portions function as a guide portion by the curved surface, and the soundproof panel Pu is laterally displaced to the right and overlaps. When the soundproof panel Pu is further lowered, a right inclined surface 5a comes into contact with an inclined surface 4a of the soundproof panel Pd, and outer frames 8 of frame bodies 10 are slightly displaced. When the load of the soundproof panel Pu is added, the contact between the inclined surface 5a on the right side and the inclined surface 4a causes a slip between the inclined surfaces 5a and 4a, the soundproof panel Pu slides to the lower right, and also abuts between left and right outer connecting frames 7 and the overhang frame 9 and between the left inclined surface 5a and the inclined surface 4a. 【課題】防音パネルの積み重ねに際して、縁部を容易に揃えることができる。【解決手段】 上部の防音パネルPuを下降させると、例えば防音パネルPuの左側のパネル保持枠5の湾曲面5bが、下部の防音パネルPdの左側の張出枠9の湾曲面9aに当接する。この当接部は共に湾曲面による案内部として機能し、防音パネルPuは右方に横ずれして重なり合う。更に、防音パネルPuを下降させると、右方の傾斜面5aが、防音パネルPdの傾斜面4aに当接し、枠体10同士の外枠8が若干ずれた状態となる。防音パネルPuの荷重を加えてゆくと、右側の傾斜面5aと傾斜面4aとの接触により、傾斜面5a、4a間に滑りが生じて、防音パネルPuが右下方に滑動して、左右の外方連結枠7と張出枠9間、及び左側の傾斜面5aと傾斜面4a間も当接することになる。この状態で滑動は終わり、上下の外枠8が揃えられる。【選択図】図5
