To provide a coupling structure of a piping member using screwing, in which completion of the screwing to an appropriate position can be easily judged; designability is increased; and looseness to be caused by external force is prevented.SOLUTION: A coupling structure of a piping member of this invention includes a valve stem 4 with a protrusion 14 which is an engagement part 13 protruding toward a side surface of a female screw part 12 relative to a middle side surface of a male screw part 11. In the female screw part 12 of a valve lid 5, a cutout-shaped groove part 17 which is a to-be-engaged part 16 is formed downward from a top end, and the female screw part can be bent to enlarge the diameter when stress is applied in an outer peripheral direction. The valve stem 4 and the valve lid 5 are coupled to each other by causing the male screw part 11 and the female screw part 12 to be screwed with each other to a position where the engagement part 13 and the to-be-engaged part 16 are engaged to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】螺合を用いた配管部材の接続構造について、適正位置まで螺合が完了したことが容易に判別可能な接続構造を提供すること、及び当該接続構造について意匠性の向上、外部からの圧力によって緩みが生じない接続構造を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】弁軸4は雄螺子部11の中程側面より雌螺子部12の側面に向けて係合部13である突起14が突出されている。弁蓋5の雌螺子部12は上端から下方に向けて被係合部16である切り欠き状の溝部17が形成されており、外周方向に応力が加わった際、拡径するように撓むことが可能となっている。上記係合部13と被係合部16が係合する位置まで雄螺子部11と雌螺子部12を螺合させることによって弁軸4と弁蓋5が接続される。【選択図】図5
