COLUMN MEMBER MADE OF ALUMINUM ALLOY MOUNTED WITH BEAM CONNECTING FLANGE MEMBER
To provide a column member made of an aluminum alloy and a column-beam joint structure in an aluminum building structure by a collapse connecting structure in which a projection having a crushed top part is extruded in connection.SOLUTION: A column member 20 of an aluminum alloy column member, and a connection opening having the same shape as a connection opening of a flange member 19 is formed in the cross section of the column member 20 in such a position that the connection openings can be aligned and connected with each other by extrusion molding, and an outer peripheral surface of the flange member 19 is mounted at different positions of an outer peripheral surface of the column member 20, so as to manufacture three kinds of flange mounting column members to be column-beam joint structural parts of corner columns, side columns and center columns of a building structure. The aluminum alloy column member is a column member of the building structure by connecting the column member 20 and one of three kinds of flange mounting column members. On-site column-beam joint work is facilitated, in which a joint of the column is driven into a beam joint opening of the projected flange.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
【課題】連結時に、頂部が圧潰する突条が押出成型される圧潰連結構造によるアルミ建築構造でのアルミ二ウム合金製柱部材と柱梁接合構造を提供する。【解決手段】アルミ二ウム合金製柱部材の柱部材20であると共に、柱部材20の断面にはフランジ部材19の連結開口部と同じ形状の連結開口部が押出成型により互いに整合して連結できる位置に配置された断面に成型されて、柱部材20の外周面の異なる位置にフランジ部材19の外周面を装着して、建築構造の隅柱、側柱、中柱の柱梁接合構造部となる三種類のフランジ装着柱部材の製作を可能とした。アルミ二ウム合金製柱部材は、柱部材20と三種類のフランジ装着柱部材の何れかを継ぎ足し連結して、建築構造の柱部材となる。現場での柱梁接合作業は、突き出したフランジの梁接合開口部に柱の継ぎ手を叩き込む容易な作業となる。【選択図】図10
