To provide a dispersant composition for a hydraulic composition that provides a hydraulic composition having excellent initial fluidity, and a hydraulic composition having excellent initial fluidity and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: The dispersant composition for a hydraulic composition contains a polymer (A) having a weight-average molecular weight of 1,000 or more and 1,000,000 or less (excluding the following components (B)), and a polymer (B) containing a monomer unit having a polyalkylene oxy group having an average addition molar number of an alkyleneoxy group of 5 or more and 300 or less, and an aromatic ring. The polymer (A) comprises a monomer unit having a group selected from the group consisting of a carboxylic acid group and a phosphoric acid group, and a monomer unit having a polyalkylene oxy group.SELECTED DRAWING: None
