FIREPROOF HEAT INSULATING BRICK AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD
To provide a fireproof heat insulating brick capable of preventing deterioration of strength while obtaining heat insulating performance.SOLUTION: A fireproof heat insulating brick production method for producing a fireproof heat insulating brick includes following steps of: a rice husk ash adding step of adding 5-20 wt.% of rice husk ash as a porous sintered body mainly composed of SiOto the raw material of a fireproof insulation brick; a kneading and molding step of kneading the raw material to which the rice husk ash has been added to form it into the shape of a brick; and a firing step of firing the molded brick at a predetermined temperature, wherein when 10-20 wt.% of the rice husk ash is added in the rice husk ash adding step, the firing step is performed at a firing temperature raised by 50-100°C from the predetermined temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 断熱性能を得ながらも強度の低下を防ぐことができる耐火断熱れんがを提供する。【解決手段】 耐火断熱れんがを製造する耐火断熱れんがの製造方法であって、SiO2を主成分とする多孔質焼結体である籾殻灰を耐火断熱れんがの原料に5〜20wt%添加する籾殻灰添加工程と、籾殻灰が添加された原料を混練し、れんがの形状に成形する混練成形工程と、成形されたれんがを所定の温度で焼成する焼成工程とを含み、籾殻灰添加工程において、籾殻灰を10〜20wt%添加したとき、焼成工程において、所定の温度よりも50〜100℃上昇させた焼成温度で焼成することを特徴とする。【選択図】 図1
