To provide a movable weir capable of preventing the occurrence of a water drop, and capable of relieving an upstream side water level variation by a flow rate variation, by automatically adjusting opening of a weir body, while holding an upstream side water level by resistance of a weir body of a submerged weir type, in suppressing generation of bubbles caused by water drop.SOLUTION: A movable weir W interposed in a water passage 1 at least includes: a weir body 2; and a rotary bearing 3 provided in the weir body 2 and capable of rotating.
