To provide a heat insulating sash improved in heat insulating performance.SOLUTION: A frame body having an indoor side wall portion on the indoor side of a prospective wall is provided, and an insulating sheet 82 is provided from the indoor periphery of the prospective wall of a stile body to the indoor side of an indoor side wall 122 to an indoor side viewing surface 122a.
