To provide a workbench that can be moved with user's feet placed on the workbench.SOLUTION: A workbench 1 according to the present invention includes a left side workbench 10a having a left side foot 11a on which a left foot is placed, and a right side workbench 10b having a right side foot 11b on which a right foot is placed. The left side workbench 10a has a left side foot rest 12a on which the left foot is placed, and the right side workbench 10b has a right side foot rest 12b on which the right foot is placed.
