REINFORCEMENT JOINT SLEEVE
To obtain sufficient degree of adhesion and fixation by only inserting filler conduits to an injection cylindrical body 11 and a discharge cylindrical body 15 serving as insertion ports of the filler conduits for both an injection port 9 and a discharge port 10 of a reinforcement joint sleeve 1, such that the filler conduits are not removed from the injection cylindrical body 11 and the discharge cylindrical body 15 in concrete placing.SOLUTION: In a reinforcement joint sleeve 1, openings for a reinforcement insertion port are provided at both ends of a cylindrical body, a discharge port 10 and an injection port 9 are enclosed by cylindrical standing walls each with the same dimension, and locking protrusions 14 of the longitudinal direction are provided on opposed positions of inner surfaces of the cylindrical standing walls. In the reinforcement joint sleeve, the locking protrusions 14 provided on the longitudinal direction of the cylindrical standing walls have an angled shape. The locking protrusion 14 provided on the longitudinal direction of the cylindrical standing wall has an acute angle at the tip side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】鉄筋継手用スリーブ1の注入口9と排出口10の両者の充填材導管の挿入口となる注入筒体11及び排出筒体15に充填材導管を差し込むだけで十分な密着固定度が得られ、コンクリート打設時に注入筒体11、排出筒体15より充填材導管が外れないようにする。【解決手段】筒状体の両端に鉄筋挿入口の開口部が設けてあり、排出口10と注入口9は同一寸法の筒状立壁で包囲されており、この筒状立壁の内面の対向位置に長手方向の係止突起14が設けてある鉄筋継手用スリーブ1であり、筒状立壁の長手方向に設けた係止突起14が山形の鉄筋継手用スリーブである。筒状立壁の長手方向に設けた係止突起14は、先端側を鋭角としてある。【選択図】図1
