SIMULATOR APPARATUS FOR VERIFICATION
To provide a simulator for verification which simulates a gate control device that is controlled by a dam control system, and which is capable of simulating, by this apparatus alone, the response of the gate control device that is different for each dam.SOLUTION: A simulator 101 for verification includes: a transmitting and receiving unit 106 that transmits and receives telegraphic messages with a control system 501; a storing unit 201 that stores a calculation formula corresponding to each of a plurality of objects to be controlled; and a reply telegraphic message creating unit which reads, from the storing unit, the calculation formula corresponding to one of the plurality of objects to be controlled, creates a reply telegraphic message by using the calculation formula, and transmits the created telegraphic message to the control system via the transmitting and receiving unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
