PRECAST RESIDUAL FRAME PANEL MANUFACTURING METHOD CAPABLE OF SUPPRESSING SALT DAMAGE AND FREEZING DAMAGE OF PRECAST RESIDUAL FRAME PANEL, RESIDUAL FRAME CONSTRUCTION METHOD, AND PRECAST RESIDUAL FRAME PANEL
To provide a precast residual frame panel manufacturing method capable of suppressing salt damage or freezing damage of a precast residual frame panel and preventing damaging of an appearance by an efflorescence phenomenon.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for a precast residual frame panel 1 includes: a step of feeding a cement composition mixed with a prescribed compound into a molding die and burying a buried part 7 of a connected metal fitting 3 in the cement composition; a compacting step of compacting the cement composition fed into the molding die; and a curing step of curing the cement composition. Superfluous water containing the prescribed compound and a calcium salt is present in the entire region of a backside 2a of a panel body 2, a capillary tube gap 9A, and a gap 9B formed between the buried part 7 and the panel body. The calcium salt and the prescribed compound in the cement composition reacts with each other, a calcium compound insoluble in the water is formed on the backside 2a of the panel body 2, and the capillary tube gap 9A and the gap 9B are covered by a waterproof layer 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】プレキャスト製残存型枠パネルの塩害や凍害を抑止できるプレキャスト製残存型枠パネルの製造方法、及び白華現象により外観が損なわれることを回避できる残存型枠の施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】プレキャスト製残存型枠パネル1の製造方法は、成形用型枠に所定の化合物を混入させたセメント組成物を投入し、被連結金具3の埋設部7をセメント組成物に埋設する工程と、成形用型枠に投入されたセメント組成物を締固める締固め工程と、セメント組成物を硬化させる養生工程を含み、所定の化合物とカルシウム塩を含む余剰水がパネル本体2の背面2a全域、毛細管空隙9A及び埋設部7とパネル本体との間に形成される空隙9Bに介在し、セメント組成物中のカルシウム塩と所定の化合物とが反応し、パネル本体2の背面2aに水に不溶のカルシウム化合物が形成され、毛細管空隙9A及び空隙9Bが防水層4により塞がれる。【選択図】図1
