BUILDING BASE ISOLATION DEVICE
To provide a building base isolation device for providing a pile reinforcing part on the head of a foundation pile, placing a combination of a sliding material, a laminated rubber bearing and an air jack on the upper surface thereof, erecting a jack receiving column, placing a base of the building on it, reducing vibration, correcting the position of the base, and suppressing the rise of the base.SOLUTION: In a building base isolation device, a pile reinforcing part is provided at the head of a foundation pile, and a combination of a sliding material, a laminated rubber bearing and an air jack is placed on the upper surface of the pile reinforcing part; a base of the building is placed on it to reduce vibration, or a jack receiving column is erected on a pile reinforcing part to correct the position of the base by an oil jack, a spring, etc.; and such an action as suppressing the rise of a base is performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 本発明は、ビル免震装置において、基礎杭の頭部に杭補強部を設け、その上面に滑り材・積層ゴム支承・エアジャッキの組合せを置き、ジャッキ受け柱を立て、ビルの土台を乗せ、振動を低減し、土台の位置を修正し、土台の浮き上がりを押さえる等の働きをするビル免震装置を得ることにある。【解決手段】 ビル免震装置において、基礎杭の頭部に杭補強部を設け、その上面に滑り材・積層ゴム支承・エアジャッキの組合せを置き、その上にビルの土台を乗せ、振動を低減し、又、杭補強部の上にジャッキ受け柱を立て、オイルジャッキとバネ等により土台の位置を修正し、土台の浮き上がりを押さえる等の働きをするように構成したビル免震装置を提供する。【選択図】 図1
