DOOR LOCK/UNLOCK SYSTEM AND TRUNK ROOM
To provide a door locking/unlocking system and a trunk room facility allowing a delivery agent to deliver a delivery even when a recipient or the like is not at home.SOLUTION: A door locking/unlocking system 1 includes a locking/unlocking units (10a, 10b) capable of locking and unlocking a door. The locking/unlocking units (10a, 10b) have communication sections (12a, 12b), the locking/unlocking unit (10a) is provided on the door (100), and the locking/unlocking unit (10b) is provided on a door (200). There is provided a user key (20b) capable of unlocking only the door (100), and there is provided a master key (20a) capable of locking and unlocking the door (100) and the door (200). Using the master key (20a) will make it possible to lock/unlock both the door (100) and the door (200) simultaneously. The doors (100, 200) are provided in the same room (300), and the door (100) faces the outside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】本発明の目的は、受取人等が留守の場合でも配達業者が配達物を届けることができるドアの施解錠システム及びトランクルーム施設を提供することである。【解決手段】ドアの施解錠システム１は、ドアの施錠及び解錠をすることが可能な施解錠ユニット（１０ａ、１０ｂ）と、を備えている。施解錠ユニット（１０ａ、１０ｂ）は、通信部（１２ａ、１２ｂ）を有し、施解錠ユニット（１０ａ）は、ドア（１００）に設けられ、施解錠ユニット（１０ｂ）は、ドア（２００）に設けられる。ドア（１００）のみの解錠を行うことが可能なユーザーキー（２０ｂ）があり、ドア（１００）及びドア（２００）の施錠及び解錠を行うことが可能なマスターキー（２０ａ）がある。マスターキー（２０ａ）を用いることで、ドア（１００）とドア（２００）の施錠及び解錠を同時に行うことが可能である。ドア（１００、２００）は、同じ室（３００）に設けられ、ドア（１００）は、屋外に面している。【選択図】図２
