BEAM FRAME MOUNTING METHOD
To provide a beam frame mounting method which enables efficient works of mounting beam frames.SOLUTION: A beam frame mounting method in this invention is to mount a roof frame of a building 1, which comprises beam structures 30, onto seismic isolators 60. The beam structures 30 are transported with transport devices 70. The transport device 70 comprises a receiving part 80 which supports a support-target part 37 that is an area other than verticals and their vicinity on the beam structure 30 . The beam frame mounting method comprises: a traveling stage in which the frame structures 30 are made to travel to designated positions by shifting the transport device 70; a mounting stage in which, after the traveling stage, the seismic isolators 60 are placed between pillars constituting the building 1 and the verticals of the beam structures 30 while the beam structures 30 are supported with the receiving parts 80; and a transfer stage in which the load from the beam structures 30 received with the receiving parts 80 is transferred to the seismic isolators 60.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】梁架構の据え付け作業を効率的に行うことが可能となる、梁架構の据え付け方法を提供すること。【解決手段】建物1の屋根架構であり、梁材30を備える屋根架構を免震装置60に据え付けるための据え付け方法であって、梁材30を搬送する搬送装置70であって、梁材30の部分のうち束材及びその近傍部分以外の部分である支持対象部分37を支持する受け部80を備える搬送装置70を用いて、搬送装置70を移動させながら梁材30を所定位置までトラベリングするトラベリング工程と、トラベリング工程後に、受け部80によって梁材30が支持されている状態において、建物1を構成する柱部と束材との相互間に免震装置60を設ける設置工程と、設置工程後に、受け部80が受けている梁材30の荷重を免震装置60に盛り替える盛替工程と、を含む。【選択図】図6
