To provide a gunpowder handling facility unit that improves safety of an operator, enhances antitheft power, and takes abnormal weather into consideration.SOLUTION: A gunpowder handling facility unit according to the present invention comprises: a skeleton part which uses a conductive member; a roof part which forms, above the skeleton part, an outer side of the skeleton part of a conductive roof member and an inner side of the skeleton part of a nonconductive ceiling member; an openable/closable door part which is formed on a conductive outer member and a nonconductive inner member on one of side faces of the skeleton part; a wall part which forms, on the remaining side faces of the skeleton part, an outer side of the skeleton part of a conductive outer wall member and an inner side of the skeleton part of a nonconductive inner wall member; and a floor part which is formed by fixing a conductive underfloor member to a lower part of the skeleton part and fitting a floor member exhibiting an antistatic function for static electricity to an upper surface of the underfloor member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
