To provide a door control device, an emergency evacuation device, an emergency evacuation system, a door control method, and a door control program which are capable of providing an evacuation place where any person can immediately evacuate from a suspicious person without purchasing an evacuation device.SOLUTION: A door control device includes an opening/closing control unit 14 for controlling opening/closing of a door based on detection of a person by an indoor side detection sensor 11. The opening/closing control unit 14 acquires emergency signal information for forcibly opening a door, and acquires passage information when a person passes through an entrance of the door. The opening/closing control unit 14 causes the door to open when acquiring the emergency signal information, and causes the door to close when acquiring the passage information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
