SNOW REMOVER
To provide an excellent snow remover that fully realizes "simple and effortless operability by anyone" which was unable to be realized satisfactorily by simple automatic control of back auto lift down only, and that dramatically improves maneuverability and snow removal efficiency.SOLUTION: A height position of a snow removal section at the re-start of snow removal, when an operator manually resets a lowering height position of the snow removal section when re-starting snow removal after reversing, is stored in an auger ECU (U1) for controlling the elevation of the snow removal section so as to be reflected in the determination of a heigh setting value of the snow removal section at the next start of snow removal, and the auger ECU (U1) performs machine learning of this repetition. Specialized AI control is implemented to allow learning control to be performed so as to approximate the operator's intended height position of the snow removal section at the start of snow removal as much as possible according to increase in the number of operations.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】単純なバックオートリフトダウンの自動制御だけでは満足には達成できなかった、「誰にでも容易に楽に操縦可能」を完全に実現し、操縦操作性と除雪作業能率を飛躍的に向上させた優れた除雪機を提供する。【解決手段】後進後の再除雪開始するときの除雪部の下降高さ位置を、作業者が手動操作で設定しなおしたときの、再除雪開始時の除雪部高さ位置を除雪部の昇降を制御するオーガECU(U1)に記憶し、次の除雪開始除雪部高さ設定値の決定に反映させるようにし、且つ、その繰り返しをオーガECU(U1)に機械学習させ、作業者の意図する除雪開始の除雪部高さ位置に、作業回数を経るに従い限りなく漸近していくよう学習制御させるように特化型AI制御した。【選択図】図8
