To provide a hinge which can easily be fitted between two members in a single operation.SOLUTION: A hinge H according to the present invention has a hinge main body 1 and a hinge blade 2, each of which has fitting bases 4, 5, a pair of bearings 42, 52, a pair of hooks 43, 53, and a coil spring. The bearings 42, 52, together with the hooks 43, 53, of the hinge body 1 and hinge blade 2 are inserted through fitting apertures B20, D10 of a fitting plate with one-push fashion. Flanges 411, 511 of the fitting bases 4, 5 are brought by one surface side of the fitting plate in pressure contact with edge portions of the fitting apertures B20, D10, respectively, and the hooks 43, 53 are engaged by the other surface side thereof with the edge portions of the fitting apertures B20, D10, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
