IMITATION BUILDING FOR PREVIEW
To provide an imitation building for preview which reduces the difference between an expected house and a completed house and therefore can get sufficient satisfaction from customers.SOLUTION: Walls 2 are formed of styrofoam and are connected together by connection means according to the blueprint made in advance so that the room layout of the actual size is constructed. In that way, it becomes possible to simulate living in the house in a realistic way before the house is constructed, which is difficult to experience from the blueprint or a virtual reality alone. A customer thus can request a contractor, for example, to make amends on the spot if there are places which are not what the customer has expected to be.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】想像していた住宅と、完成した住宅との間の齟齬を低減させ、もって、顧客満足を十分に得ることができる内覧用模造建物を提供することを目的としている。【解決手段】発泡スチロールによって壁２を形成し、予め設計された間取り図に基づき、該壁２同士を、連結手段を用いて連結することで原寸大の間取りを構築している。これにより、住宅を施工する前に、図面や仮想現実では体感できない臨場感をもって、使い勝手をシミュレーションすることができる。それゆえ、顧客は、当初イメージしていたものと異なる箇所があれば、その場で変更等を建築業者等に要求することができることとなる。【選択図】図１
