FILLING MATERIAL
To provide a filling material that can completely fill a pipe line with sand or other materials without pumping by utilizing the flowability of coarse grained material and coarse aggregate moving over long distances.SOLUTION: A filling material according to the present invention consists of a non-separable material, coarse-grained material, and water, wherein the non-separable material is 0.1 to 2.0% by weight of the water and the specific gravity after mixing is 0.7 to 2.1, does not separate in the water, has a self-leveling property that allows it to flow through the cavity under its own weight to expand the filling area regardless of pressure, and has a permeability of more than 1.0×10cm/sec after filling.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】粗粒材・粗骨材を長距離移動させる流動性を利用してポンプ圧送なしでも管路内を砂等で完全に充填することが出来る充填材の提供。【解決手段】本発明の充填材は、不分離性材料と粗粒材と水からなり、前記不分離性材料は前記水に対し0.1〜2.0重量%であり、練り混ぜ後の比重は0.7〜2.1であり、水中で材料分離せず、圧力によらず自重で空洞内を流動して充填領域を拡大するセルフレベリング性を有し、充填後は透水係数1.0×10−4cm/secを上回る透水性を確保する。【選択図】図1
