FIXING STRUCTURE OF BATHROOM CEILING PANEL
To shorten the installation time and improve workability by eliminating screws when fixing the bathroom ceiling panel, and to eliminate mounting defects, facilitate attachment/detachment work, and minimize the number of components.SOLUTION: The fixing structure comprises a ceiling frame 8 fixed to the upper ends of pillar frames 3 and 4 for connecting wall panels 2 to each other, and provided with an upper support portion 9 facing a peripheral edge standing piece portion 7 formed on the peripheral edge of a ceiling panel 5, and a fixing clip 10 for connecting the ceiling frame 8 and the ceiling panel 5. The fixing clip 10 comprises a holding portion 13 in which the peripheral edge standing piece portion 7 and the upper support portion 9 are fitted from the lower side between both wall surfaces facing each other, an elastic support portion 14 provided on the upper end portion of the holding portion 13 for biasing and supporting at least the peripheral edge standing piece portion 7 downward from the upper end edge, and a lower end engaging portion 15 into which the lower end of the ceiling frame portion 8 is fitted from the upper side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】浴室天井パネルを固定する際、ビス止めを無くすことによって、取付時間を短縮化し、作業性に優れるようにするとともに、取付不良をなくし、着脱作業を容易にし、かつ部品点数を最小化する。【解決手段】壁パネル２を相互に連結する柱フレーム３、４の上端部に固定され、天井パネル５の周縁に形成された周縁起立片部７に対面する上部支持部９が設けられた天井フレーム８と、天井フレーム８と天井パネル５とを連結する固定クリップ１０とを備える。固定クリップ１０は、対峙する両壁面の間に、周縁起立片部７及び上部支持部９が下方側から嵌入される狭持部１３と、狭持部１３の上端部に設けられ、少なくとも周縁起立片部７を上側端縁から下方に向けて付勢支持する弾性支持部１４と、天井フレーム８の下端部が上方側から嵌入される下端係合部１５とを備える。【選択図】図６
