SOLID ORNAMENT BOARD AND SOLID ORNAMENT CONSTRUCTION METHOD TO ARRIS USING THE SAME
To provide a solid ornament board suitable for arrises of a wall surface, and a construction method therefor.SOLUTION: A solid ornament board 10 is constituted by bonding an extension member 20 to the side face of a ceramic plate 12 to four-way enfold and affix an ornament resin film 14. The extension member 20 has a prismatic shape with an extension side 22 and its raw material is metal. The surface of extension member 20 is flush with the surface of ceramic plate 12, and the inside of extension side 22 is bonded with the rear surface of ceramic plate 12. When adhering to the wall surface substrate 40 of arris, this solid ornament board 10 is applied to a continuous side 30 and makes a part corresponding to the extension member 20 protrude from a corner of arris.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】壁面の出隅用として好適な立体装飾用ボードとその施工法を提供する。【解決手段】セラミックス板12の側面に延伸部材20を接合して装飾用樹脂フィルム14を四方巻込貼りした立体装飾用ボード10とする。延伸部材20は、その形状が伸長辺22を持つ角柱形状であり、その素材は金属である。延伸部材20の表面とセラミックス板12の表面とは面一であり、伸長辺22の内側がセラミックス板12の裏面と接合しているものである。出隅の壁面下地40に接着させる際には、勝ち側30にこの立体装飾用ボード10を適用し、延伸部材20に相当する箇所を出隅の角から突出させる。【選択図】図３
