DRAINAGE PIPING JOINT AND METHOD FOR MAINTAINING DRAINAGE PIPING
To provide the drainage piping joint that can easily respond to a change in a piping state of a drainage lateral branch pipe of a building, after being installed on the building.SOLUTION: The drainage piping joint 100 comprises: a pipe body 110; an upper vertical pipe connection part 120 that connects a vertical pipe for inflowing drainage water; a lower vertical pipe connection part 130 that connects a vertical pipe for flowing down the drainage water; and a drainage water collection part 140 that joins the drainage water from drainage lateral branch pipes. A water collection chamber 142 in the drainage water collection part 140 has up to four openings 144 through which the drainage water from the drainage lateral branch pipes inflow. Through the openings 144, the water collection chamber 142 is reversibly attached with either of the lateral branch pipe connecting members 146, 148 configured to be connectable to the drainage lateral branch pipes, or a sealing member 150 for sealing the opening 144 connected with no drainage lateral branch pipe.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
